Our white mushrooms are nurtured on a sterile bed of fertile compost and casing soil. After several weeks we harvest the mushrooms, giving hygiene the highest priority. Thanks to our strictly controlled production units and our close attention to hygiene, no chemicals are used during their growth. As soon as they are picked, our mushrooms are ready for eating.
